14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, provided the product meets the conditions below.

Non-Returnable Items (Important)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if opened, used, or unsealed:

- Skincare tools and accessories
- Items that come into direct contact with skin
This is legally allowed in the UK as long as the hygiene seal is broken or the item has been used.
If the product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging, it may be eligible for return.
Return Conditions
